We were a month into our work-from-home schedule and the staff was still coming to terms with the changes in their work life.

I met Ranga via the Alumni network in the region. His positive personality and attitude towards life and other people captured my attention. I had the pleasure to collaborate with Ranga and work together organizing two webinars during the pandemic outbreak.
They were successfully received from the participants who felt relaxed, grounded and spiritually motivated. The breathing and relaxing techniques as a yogi were my favorite part of the wellbeing trainings.

A note to appreciate and thank you for conducting sessions on Laughter Therapy, Yoga, Nature walk, Stretching and Breathing Exercises for our student’s with Intellectual challenges, Autism and Attention Deficit Hyper Active Disorder.
For the first time, we have included laughter therapy on our Time Table. It is very encouraging to see that our children and young adults still remember the laughter therapy and most of the simple exercises that you taught. You were able to cater to every student need according to their ability. It is helping them in expressing themselves, overcoming their shyness, peer tutoring, laughing out aloud. After the exercise we find the students to be more alert and their attention span has also improved. We are sure to find improvement in our children if we maintain consistency at school and at home.
We are thankful to you Mr. Ranganath, for spending your vacation time with our students.

Impossible not to gravitate towards the charisma and empathy of Ranga. Through his guide, the meditation method LAAF helped us to re-centre our balance and find the lost positivity. We look now at the future with anticipation.
